Over time, NOW® has formed lasting relationships with many of these suppliers based on their ability to consistently supply them with superior products of uncompromised quality. All of their vendors are required to provide detailed specification sheets and lot specific certificates of analysis. In considering a new vendor's product, their standards are very strict and involve ten different departments in making quality determinations about the new materials. As a result, whatever NOW® Foods' product you purchase, you can be assured it began with only the highest quality raw materials - without exception.

 

 

NOW® Foods' Receiving Department guarantees all our inbound packaging and raw materials are 100% free of all product damage, including pest contamination. Additionally, the department ensures all products are accurately identified and quality control sampled with organic certified products noted.

 


Before any raw materials are used for manufacturing, they are staged in a quarantine area until approved by their Quality Control Department for compliance with NOW® Foods' stringent product specification standards. Depending on their unique storage requirements, all raw materials are then stored either in their climate controlled warehouse or in refrigerator and freezer units prior to their use in manufacturing. They are stored according to quantity, lot number and, most importantly, stock rotation.

There are several ways to find products:

 

• Use the search by brand drop down menu at the top of the page or by clicking on the "ALL BRANDS" section on the main page.

 

• Type a keyword in the search box and click on "search". You can also type in a nutrient, a brand, an herb, or the name of a product to find a specific item. This will bring up a list of product names that contain the relevant keyword. Scan through the list of products and click on the one of interest.

 

• When selecting "All Brands ", and selecting a specific brand, an index of products corresponding to that particular line will be displayed. Simply click on the product of interest corresponding to your favorite brand and select the "order" button.

Shipping & handling is only $5.95 per order within the Continental U.S. only, excluding APO/MILITARY addresses, P.O. Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, Samoa, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. All orders ship within 2-3 Business days. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO/MILITARY addresses, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, Samoa, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands are subject to additional charges.

 

FREE SHIPPING POLICY: TheCatalog.com offers free shipping for orders worth over $75.00 regardless of size or weight within the 48 contiguous states of United States of America, via First Class, United States Priority Mail, United States Parcel Post, United Parcel Service (UPS), or FedEx. The following conditions and exceptions apply:

 

  • On free shipping offers, we reserve the right to choose the shipping method. Orders may be shipped via UPS or United States Postal Serivce (USPS) at our discretion.
  • A minimum of US$31.63 will be collected for overnight delivery. Note that additional shipping charges may apply when using UPS Next Day Air and UPS Saturday Delivery. ALL items weighing 2 LBS or more will be charged Next Day Air shipping costs based on actual weight and destination. All international orders are subject to additional shipping charges.

 

ORDERS INSIDE THE US: All orders under $75 will be charged a minimum of $5.95 the time of placing the order and you will be able to see it before completing the order (except if you choose FREE SHIPPING from the "Shipping Options" tab). If you choose "Free Shipping" and your order does not qualify for free shipping (see conditions/exceptions above for non-continental states and PO BOXES), shipping charges will be charged and later appear on your final invoice.

 



WHEN SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE U.S., all orders are insured because, without it, we cannot guarantee delivery or cover damages, if any. All packages are sent via either USPS , UPS, or DHL (unless otherwise instructed by customer). Orders delivered outside the continental United States will be charged USPS EXPRESS shipping and handling costs. Charges are based on the weight and destination. All packages are sent as non-prescription nutritional supplements for private use only. So far, all orders have been accepted in ALL continents. All orders are usually shipped within 24-72 hours.

• Only one opened package of any product is eligible for return. When returning more than one package of the same item, the same must be factory sealed to qualify for a refund.

 



•All returns must be pre-authorized. Please contact us either by telephone or email prior to returning any merchandise. Returns without a "Return Authorization Number" will not be issued a refund/exchange.

 



•Absolutely no refunds on bulk items, including but not limited to any food or non-food item weighing more than 5 LBS.

 



•SHIPPING FEES. If your original purchase qualified for FREE shipping and you choose to return any part or all of the order, you will be still responsible to pay for any shipping and handling costs that we have already incurred to ship the product(s) to you.

 



• Unopened or opened products can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price (except bulk items - see above), and all items must be in their original packaging. Products must be shipped back to HEALTH GENESIS CORP at the customers' expense.

 



•DAMAGED MERCHANDISE. You must notify us immediately if any product is received either damaged or defective. We will immediately replace any damaged or defective merchandise and a "Return Label" will be enclosed for the defective items to be returned back to us. If you wish to return any damaged or defective merchandise for a full refund, you must do so within 30 days and at your own expense. Remember, we offer to replace the damaged items at our expense, but all voluntary returns must be shipped at the customer's expense.

 

 

•All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued only upon receipt of the returned products.

 



•Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get lost or damaged when returned, we cannot grant refunds.

 

 

• ABSOLUTELY no returns after 30 days from the date of receipt of merchandise.
